Our motorcycle expedition begins as we leave Marrakesh, heading towards the cascading Ouzoud Falls, one of northern Africa’s most beautiful waterfalls. Relax by the falls, surrounded by olive trees and playful yellow macaques.
Continuing north, we reach the picturesque Bin el Ouidan reservoir, nestled amidst crimson hills. Here, our hotel offers a serene night overlooking the lake, accompanied by reflections on the day’s ride and a captivating sunset.
Today’s journey leads us north towards Azrou. Ascend into the mountains, relishing panoramic views of the lake and pine forests. After a lunch break with mint tea and Moroccan delicacies, we head to Azrou, a mountain city surrounded by emerald plains and cedar groves. A night in a charming chalet-style hotel on the edge of a cedar forest awaits.
Devote the day to exploring the captivating and mysterious ancient city of Fez. Wander through the labyrinthine streets of Fes el-Bali and Fes Jdid, bargaining for spices at local markets, visiting tanneries, and experiencing the essence of the ancient east. Enjoy gastronomic delights in local restaurants and rest for the southeast journey the next day.
Continue our motorcycle expedition into the heart of Morocco, unveiling spectacular panoramas between the Middle Atlas and the Sahara.
